Solutions Room sales
Consultations
Who sells the room, and how.
Alnur Oskar and Alzhan Turlybekov. More than ten years in hotel management, between us. A room is not sold by one tap. Someone brings the guest, and someone takes the booking. The consultation is that map for your hotel.
Through whom
- YouThe website, the phone, email, the front desk, and the guest who already stayed. This is the booking you keep. Our fee on it is only 3%. Not a Booking.com commission.
- Booking sitesBooking.com, Expedia, and the others. We correct the price parity on these sites, and we remove the promos you do not need.
- WholesalersWe sell through them at the prices you want.
- Companies and travel agentsA contracted rate, often for several nights at once. The sale is a relationship, not a search result.
- MetasearchGoogle Hotels and the like. They do not keep the guest. They send the guest to your site, or to a booking site. Where that link goes is a decision.
How
- Give your site the rate you want takenThe guest who knows the hotel should have a reason to book with you, not with a booking site.
- Put that rate in your own menuThe booking engine sits in a menu made for this hotel. No template.
- Leave the other channels openA channel manager keeps one availability, so a room is not sold twice.
- Move the right stays onto the websiteThe guest who returns, the phone call, the guest who searched your name. Those should not have to finish on a booking site.
- The desk sees it the same dayThe stay lands in the PMS, whether it started in the menu or in the chat.
Example
Where this room goes
- The guest who knows the hotelYour website.
- The guest searching the cityA booking site, unless your site is the one they land on.
- A company sending staff for a weekA contracted rate.
- A wholesalerSold at the price you set.
An example of the map. Your mix is different, and the consultation starts from that mix. There is no template plan.
What we look at
Who brings the guest today. What each of those channels costs the hotel. Which bookings should move onto your website, and which should stay where they are.
The software is there so the stays that should be yours can actually be booked on your site: the pages you want, the booking menu you want, the desk, and the channels kept in line.
